The food market is an ever changing size. New ideas will arise whether that is product or market related. After some tough years and still with companies being less risk prone than in the past couple of years, the financial aspects of trying to open up new markets, bringing new products to existing customers or similar is always related to hiring good and committed personnel.
Obviously that is related to a risk of acquiring staff. That is first of all expensive often not enough relevant projects for the role and therefore the job will be put on hold and spread amongst the existing team which has not got the necessary time to act.
With our combined experience, global network and relations we can and will be that alternative to a permanent employee. We will enter your business, agree and write your strategy for the project, liaise with our network about the potential, arrange and attend meetings with customers about the project. After the period agreed e.g. 3-6 months, we will be on our way and your own account management team will pick up the running of the business.
